Baker Mallett were delighted to be providing multi disciplinary services on two exciting new housing development schemes for Incrementum Housing Development Company, which was set up by Warrington Borough Council to help develop their own housing portfolio.

In total, 161 properties were built across these two projects, tackling the shortfall of affordable housing across the borough.

Foxwood and Sycamore are built across two former primary school sites comprising 92 units at Sycamore and 69 properties at Foxwood, a mix of two storey houses and 3-4 storey apartments. Both sites play a part in helping Warrington Borough Council to achieve Carbon Zero by 2030, with the introduction of key benefits such as ground source heat pumps, roof mounted photovoltaic panels and heat batteries in lieu of hot water cylinders.
