Funded by Homes England, these developments consist of 161 houses and apartments on two former school sites in Warrington - the former Foxwood SEN site in Birchwood and the former Sycamore Lane Community Primary School site in Great Sankey.

In total 161 properties were built across these two projects, the first to reach completion by new development company Incrementum Housing.

Baker Mallett acted as Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent and Project Manager for the schemes that both have a part to play in helping Warrington Borough Council achieve Carbon Zero by 2030.
