This 25,000 sq ft office and showroom fit out involved the adaptation and reconfiguration of two storeys of an existing three storey building.

Following an enabling works project to strip out the space, a CAT B refurbishment was undertaken to form offices, showrooms, design and co-ordination areas, ancillary and staff spaces for 200 employees.

Fast track works included complete floor, wall and ceiling finishes, electrical installation, adjustment and upgrading. Furniture installation was also included in the project. The project was time sensitive due to lease expiries and works were undertaken in a live building, with end users occupying the third floor throughout. This was completed within the fast track 10 week programme schedule and was delivered within budget.
