BUILDING SURVEYING SERVICES FROM SELKIRK
Baker Mallett is pleased to announce that Building Surveying Services are now being carried out from the Selkirk Office. The service currently being provided primarily covers Housing Association Modernisation Contracts to include replacement kitchens, bathrooms, windows and external doors.
Baker Mallett has recently been commissioned as Building Surveyors by a Construction Company to provide Building Surveying Services for a £600,000 farm steading conversion which is in addition to the Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Coordinator Services already being provided.
