Baker Mallett Reveal New Look for 2024

What are the most important questions that a business can ask itself and how often should you ask them?  It’s something we have been thinking about a lot over the last 12 months.

When we rebranded in 2019 to celebrate our 100th year in business, none of us could have anticipated the extent of world wide change in 2020, which inherently changed us as a business and as people. Now some way through the period of COVID recovery, we felt now was a good time to re-ask ourselves.

who are we? why do we exist? and what sets us apart from our competitors?     

We hired some expert help in the form of STUDIO OBI and started a journey to rediscover ourselves by interrogating some long held beliefs about our strengths, weaknesses, passions and values and subsequently, our strategic direction.

We acknowledged our past and how it has influenced who we have become, before finding a new identity that reflects more who we are today.

We are excited to launch the results of our reflections as we enter a new chapter and look to create a new legacy.
