The £40.5million project, set in 375 acres of land, located at Hurworth just on the outskirts of Darlington is due for completion in September 2009.
Baker Mallett has recently overseen the handover of six holes of the £6.2million, 18 hole Championship golf course, along with the £250,000 driving range to the Client.
The £1.2 million restoration work to the 19th century original hall is also nearing completion.
